The best thing that will ever happen to this country will be the day the last teabagger idiot packs up his tricorner hat and goes back to Pig Knuckle to breed with his sister.

Perhaps, one fine day, I will collect.

Please, tell me just how things are supposed to be so wonderful and utopian under Tea Party tenets? I really want to know just what will be so great about a country where no one gives a shit about anyone else and the wealthy and powerful have free reign to ride us as hard as they like and demand whatever they want from us? Leave us to drop dead if we don't deliver?

To be fair, I do think you have a nice vision of your American Xanadu........I just don't think you realize that that is not where you are taking us. If you take power from elected government and hand it to the private sector, you are handing it to people NO ONE ever voted for. This is NOT freedom or democracy. It is something far different, and far less desirable, IMHO.

As a foreigner, I was hoping someone would step up and answer this. I'm still hoping it will happen. Not living in the US anymore means I miss out on the nuances of day to day life. I'd love to see this very simple question well and clearly answered.

Don't egg the Canuck on too much. He'll start talking about how their square headed screws are better than Phillips heads.

I was shocked when I moved down there to discover that it was nigh onto impossible to find a good quality Robertson screw. No wonder the US is so messed up, as the whole country is held together by Phillips screws.

And straight ones.
