You may have noticed that the Tea Party isn't really in the news any more and their rallies are poorly attended and devoid of the charter buses, Jumbotrons and celebrities that characterized the earlier events. You realize what this means, don't you? It means the Koch brothers, Dick Armey and the other Tea Party instigators and financiers are done with you. You've served you purpose and now you can just sit down, shut up and let the "adults" get down to business.
Malcolm X described you people to a T.

Yup, transparent as crystal.
Just so you know… If you’re in the Brighton area today….
CARAVAN LED BY CAMPAIGN BUSES WILL LEAD HUNDREDS FROM BRIGHTON RALLY TO ROCHESTER HILLS PAUL RYAN RALLY
Tonight at 5:00 PM supporters will gather at Brighton's Millpond Park for a "Rebuild America - Defeat Obama" rally featuring speeches and patriotic musical performances
Then around 6:30 PM supporters will caravan to Rochester Hills for rally featuring Congressman Paul Ryan and musical legend, Kid Rock. The caravan will be led by the two "Rebuild America - Defeat Obama" buses that feature Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan.

"Hundreds"? Pure hype! I'm thinking dozens
These aren't Tea Party functions. They're R$R campaign rallies.
And we'll have to wait and see how many show up. Attendance at R$R rallies has been spotty at best this season, even when they're mandatory.

Musical legend, Kid Rock??? Only a Teabagger would believe that. Couldn't they get Pat Boone?

Yes, superflous, flowery speeches and a bunch of empty flagwaiving. Should appeal to JBs ilk wonderfully.

What are you talking about? They celebrate their ignorance and attack anything that sounds "intellectual". Palin was popular with them not despite the fact that she is a dumbass, but because she is a dumbass.
Think about that.......seriously.

Dave

You may have a point. Michele Bachmann is the head of the House's Teabagger Caucus, after all. I suppose in their eyes ignorance is a virtue. I do seem to remember some Teabagger loon in Texas trying to outlaw the teaching of critical thinking in the state's schools.
