Actually if you do not want to vote that should be your right. If you think about it alot of those "Democratic Republics" in Eastern Europe had the same laws..that is why the Party Chairman always won with 99% of the vote.
Of course here in the USA us leftist "social elites" benefit from bubba not voting so as to further our agendas....until the Tea Party
