It's going as good as can be expected. I've got purple and yellow bruises from my armpit to my elbow from the last manipulation. I'm gaining on the range of motion but it's babysteps. Without this Norco crap (Vicodin) I would be probably looking for a bus to throw myself under thus fullfiliing DJs fondest dreams. Still can't sleep more than three or four hours, then it takes an hour or so for the painkillers to kick in. Hence my erratic posting habits. I'll crash at midnite and be up at three or four in the AM making a pain in the ass of myself here.Good that I have some eastcoasters and midwesterners to bicker with as you and Rex are snoozing then.

Excellent picks, Don. I may go see Wilco Wednesday night if I get back from Blacksburg (Virginia Tech) in time from my son's two day Freshman Orientation. They're playing a 2 day gig at Wolf Trap outside of DC.
