Hey, tax, penalty, cumquat, I don't give a rat's ass. It's a major step forward in addressing a national problem. And if Obama didn't say 'blow me' publicly he probably said it privately and with good reason. Romney (this is really the best the Republicans could put forward?) is one of the great flip-floppers in recorded history.
