Perhaps to show they don't, my take. They buy containers off the world weapons market.
Edit: ah, they were targeting a specific group.

Oops. Guns don't kill people, people kill people. Remember?

From what I saw of yesterdays hearing Darrel Issa was grandstanding and rude. Holder had to be thinking what a ignorant arrogant Ahole was sitting up there asking questions.

Continued stonewalling is really their only choice now, but more evidence (like the wiretaps) is going to start coming out now as people are becoming extremely fed up and this goes beyind politics. A smart and less aloof admin would have had Holder take the fall a year ago and try to get the buck to stop there in hopes that they might have been able to head off an investigation which got far beyond the AG. It would seem that they deemed containing this would be impossible as the links to the president couldn't be covered up simply by having Holder take the blame here.

Another view of it is that the GOP is just looking for something that the average simple-minded American can comprehend - the Border Agent was killed with a gun that derived from the F&F program.
It could have just as easily happened under Dubya or happened with a non-F&F firearm. I think it also has something to do with the NRA and their Congressional minions trying to focus on a case where efforts to control firearms flow backfired. They'll use this as ammunition to fight any further firearms control efforts.
You've been sucked in, Mezz.

Come on.

After year and a half of facing Holder's shenannigans, I don't think too many people are blaming Issa for bring a little bit pissed off.

This has teeth now. Presidents don't go down for making mistakes, they go down for lying about them.

This stuff is mouse clicks away. Try googling "Fast and Furious" and watch some the videos of the hearings in congress.

Which particular point of evidence or Holder's bumbling would you like to see? I can't believe you guys need such handholding to do an interent video search... just get your secretaries to do it like everyone else does... (or is this, as I suspect, just part of the normal liberal song and dance to build a case for denial).
