Why?
This is a fallacy. If you are working you can put in a little more weather you are rich or middle class.
Now, it does not hurt the economy to not raise taxes on the middle class as it does the upper class.
The middle class will at least pump it right back into the economy but if we redistributed it to putting the poor to work we would be solving some of the problems.
