Well it seems to work in Canada, back in the early 1900s my Dad lost his right leg just below the knee in an industrial 'accident'. Except that it was not really an accident because the chain they were using to hoist this large pipe had a defective link. Dad sued and won and he was by no means a wealthy man. So there must be summat else screwed up in the system.

In today's world, without some slick, big city mouthpiece like Don in his holster, the court would simply tell him that he doesn't have a leg to stand on!!!
