Noone just as an example when a woman make a speech on any subject the reporters spend little column space on what she said so much as how her hair looked, what she wore, etc. Not saying everything was easy for you as it sure as hell was not for me. But when I applied for a job they really looked at my CV, had my skin been a different color I know where my CV would wind up- in the circular file.
