As far as I'm concerned, catching a bullet while assaulting a cop is due process. The only issue of due process in this case is whether the authorities would have allowed the threat of mob violence to violate due process for Officer Wilson.

Your idea of due process is pretty much jungle rules, seems to me. Cutting down guys that cross the cops is OK, but getting pissid about is horrible? Your problem is you don't see that people you don't like have rights you are bound to respect.
I think that is fully as bad as stealing small cigars.
