There was no point in that altercation up until the last second or so that Brown could not have stopped it. He chose not to. Natural selection at it's best.
Things are always clear cut and simple to you, aren't they?

You don't really care about the technicalities and fine points are so long as the punk cigar thief is dead. Do I have that right? Stealing a fistful of cheap cigars, bullying a shop owner and running from a cop is a capital offense to you? Is that it?

And I don't buy the "he assaulted a police officer" bullshit either. We've all seen the photos of Wilsons face.....There wasn't a goddamned bruise to be seen anywhere.

No, they are seldom clear cut. But, this was. Except to the lunatic fringe on the left.

"Lunatic Fringe on the Left"

I like that zero.

I might put in a request to change my user title to that!

Comes with an awesome theme song too!

I think you should Tom.

Don't put any links in on my account, I won't look at them.

Tom's links deserve no such aversion, they are generally to movie clips or songs, and often entertaining. The one was to the song 'Lunatic Fringe' by Red Rider. Cool enough song, progressive rock.

If you'd like, I can keep giving you descriptions like this, until you get over this 'i won't look at your links' phase....

Nah, I want to hear what you have to say, not a link to something else.

I post links because I found the articles interesting and thought I would share them for others to peruse. Not because they act as a replacement for my own thoughts.

I leave that up to religious folks who must refer to their "Holy" books before making their own thoughts known. (Because they have no thoughts of their own.)

A professor of criminal law, criminal procedure, and crime victims' rights at the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah analyzes the forensic evidence and witness testimony and concluded that the physical evidence was consistent with Wilson's testimony and that the grand jury had no evidence that effectively contradicted Wilson's testimony.

http://www.washingtonpost.com/news/v...d-the-officer/

He further states "Perhaps the reason for this disinterest in the ballistics report, autopsies and other similar information is that for at least some of Brown’s supporters the facts are, apparently, largely irrelevant because Brown is a metaphorical “symbol” of injustice regardless of what actually happened."

This last statement is certainly true of a number of folks on this board.
