The facts as I see it. Brown was resisting arrest, plain and simple. If he had just allowed the officer to do his job and the courts do theirs he be alive today. Funny if the officer had a police dog and set it loose on Brown public sediment would be different because of the simple fact, Brown would of submitted quickly to the officer. Maybe even before the dog was let go, why then is it different when the office is trying to subdue the suspect? Where the suspect was confrontational to say the least.
Being a long hair since the early seventies I was a quick study. Given the fact I also operated a van at the time and was constantly a subject of road checks. To keep my mouth shut eyes down and let it play out.
