Actually, the point of view TJ, myself, and a number of other people are selling is let's get this from a grand jury to an open, public trial where we all get to hear the evidence, and sworn testimony.
Without a trial, we keep running into the brick wall that almost all killings can be justified, and that it is open season on those who do not come from wealth, privilege, and power.
One thing I am curious about, in case no one else has noticed. Originally, before all the grand jury testimony got leaked out, was the oft stated fact that Officer Wilson had no clue whatsoever that Brown was most recently involved in a strongarm robbery. This point was repeatedly made by numerous law enforcement managers in St. Louis, including the Ferguson Chief of Police..
Now the grand jury testimony has been leaked, it turns out that Wilson did know about the robbery, and was acting on that knowledge. Wonder how that happened, eh?
