Or, maybe a priviledged few looked out at those thousands of acres or crops and considered the prosect of having to pay a fair wage to harvest it....or get off their pampered Julip sipping asses and do the work for themselves?

I think the latter seems more rooted in reality. But, that's just me. I'm crazy that way.

Anyhoo, there's no point in dredging up these 150 year old arguments, all of that is long gone............
