I have no problem saying that I will be voting FOR Obama. Sure, I have been disappointed by how he caved on some issues, and how he allowed the right wing to define the issues. But he has now shown the ability to seize the direction of the conversation, maybe even enough to overcome some of the intransigence in Congress. At least from the way it looks now, the debate over the general election will be sufficiently defined that he will have a mandate - and the wherewithal to do something about it.

I too will be voting for Obama, just hope if he does win he will be tougher the second time around. With the Republican party taking the positions it has been I'll have even a hard time voting for a local candidate.
