The 2nd Amendment??

I just think responsible people have, or at least should have a right to own guns if they choose to do so, for the purpose of sport, (Hunting, target/skeet shooting, etc.) or personal/home protection. But, that there should be reasonable limitations. I don't think most sensible people would disagree with that basic premise.

I think we disagree with where the line should be drawn. I don't see why some feel that they must have weapons that were designed strictly for millitary use. Although SandyG did make a good argument that some folks
simply want them for collecting purposes and that they are expensive/ hard to obtain legally.

Anyhow, I think we had a good discussion going on this topic for a while.
Let's try to keep it that way................
