You're right that Hunter was never given a security clearance. God forbid. But there's little doubt he was acting as a foreign agent as defined by the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA). Devin Archer testified to this, and email records support it. Example here. Pretty sure that Hunter was not registered, and that matter is under DOJ investigation. Joe Biden would not have been registered either, and if he was involved as it appears he may have been, that opens up some very troubling scenarios.
