It will boil down to getting sensible judges into seats at SCOTUS.
The Federalist Society has been VERY successful in getting their hateful, far-reich clones into those seats. Moderates need to wake up and shift the balance of power in those all-important seats, so that dark campaign money can be cut off, and the 2nd Amendment can be interpreted correctly. Only then will this craziness end.
