I still think he should be tried for sedition and/or treason. He instigated the riot/attempted insurrection out in plain view. The only ones in government who disagree are complicit either by actions leading up to it or the denial of it afterwards. If Donny and the tRumplicans had not pushed the big lie what happened on Jan 6 would not have occurred, plain and simple. Well before the election without a shred of evidence or probable cause he declared it would be rigged and full of fraud. IMO had he stopped there he'd be in the clear but of course he didn't which is why we are where we are now. Anything less and we're setting it up to happen again.
