They should allow the same subsidies to single people or married people without children as they do to those with children. In other words make it affordable by making everyone eligible for cheaper health care. Put another tax on the very wealthy to pay for that. That would get younger, healthier people into the markets so the exchanges can do better.
Then, most importantly, officially change the name from the ACA to Trumpcare. Don't touch anything else about the original bill I just solved the whole mess.
