People love to believe in a hidden Trump, who manipulates the outer image as part of a master plan. But Trump doesn't do effective, or make actual plans. No insider has ever come back with accounts of the 'hidden Trump.' The accounts all say there is no hidden Trump.
So, it's not part of some deep propaganda campaign to go on about immigrant vote fraud. It's just a belief of his. He doesn't let go of self-serving beliefs.
