Interesting thread link, thanx! I met John in 1980 at Fat Julian's upstairs at the Prado store about the time the 3-way tower was in development with Audax drivers, had LS-3/5A at the time and the early towers shamed them. He asked me to be a beta tester as an early commitment to purchase, made many changes and had to find a different driver set after Audax changed the line he was using. I'd brought a Dynaudio brochure back from Germany and handed it to him, he then went all-Scandinavian. I got the production versions later in exchange for my test mules. FWIW, Anthony Cordesman was the other beta tester on the 3-way. Afaik, he still has them. Sent from my SM-N900V using Tapatalk
