I'm not that happy with the Dems either, except for Bernie.

As for divided government, that is what we have now. Gridlock and inability to address any issues beyond renaming a post office.

I don't like the two party system. I would like to see coalition government with proportional representation like France has. But we'd have to have some pretty big changes in our current system for that to happen.

Would it work better?

Hell, I don't know, but our current two party system with winner take all elections sucks the big one, so I'd like to try something else.
