Wow.. the big bad criminal who was walking in the street all of a sudden is running rampant through the community threatening bodily harm to those in his path?

Sounds a little like projecting ones desires onto another person.

And who assaulted first? The officer did, when the officer grabbed his arm (or neck depending on which story you read) and tried to pull him into the cruiser.

Another issue I supposed where police officers feel entitled to assault anyone they please who happens to be in their way.
