Where do you get this bullshit?
Employers ARE cutting wages. They're doing it cross the country. My employer just cut the starting wage by $3 per hour effective January the first and begun pressuring older employees to retire, firing people at the drop of a hat and scrutinizing the shit out of people. It's called wage reduction through attrition. Pull your head out of your ass and face reality. Income disparity IS a problem and it's getting worse. What's more, it's deliberate. They do it simply because they can.
It's right in front of your face and you don't "get" any of it.

Dave I do believe you but it's not all or most companies doing it. I have already said before it's a supply and demand economy for labor right now. Despite any spin on it most of the economy is still in bad shape. New jobs are not keeping up with the population growth let alone the ones that lost work.
Until job growth happens it's the way it will be. Thats why you all should be up in arms about anything thats stopping growth of the job sector. Or anyone providing a bad environment for new companies.
