Ask me how I know.

Israel is merely a big reservation. The only difference between it and American Indian reservations is that, Post WWII, Jews were given land that someone else actually wanted...
And that is why I say you don't know the history of that area, they were 'given' nothing, all the land where Tel Aviv sits was purchased. The Arabs started the warfare with a massacre in Hebron in 1929. so I wont ask you how you know since it is rather obvious that you don't know.

I know that a purchase of ~6% of total land in the United States over one hundred years wouldn't entitle American Indians to the entire country.

When has nothing to do with the philosophy.

Never? Really? Never, Zeke. Your argument is bullshit when you use global concepts like always or never.

You've drawn yet ANOTHER failed apologist entitlement model for Israel.
An argument could be made that the police aren't anywhere near as much interested in protecting the public as they are each other. All you have to see to prove it is a squad car sitting outside a convenience store where the alarm has gone off. And you know the cops don't give a shit what's going on in there. Ask one of them. If they're being honest they'll tell you, "I ain't going in there."

I believe the cops/judges/lawyers/court workers/prison guards are all out for themselves at the end of the day, and that the police are completely out of control. Their unions are so strong you can hardly do anything about it anyway. I've heard they start despising the public they are sworn to defend.

That said, sometimes people get killed, and sometimes they have no choice in it.

That's crap, shoveled by an inability to understand codified philosophy.

Except when dealing in situations where an absolute has already been uttered. If you don't engage, you never apprehend.

I was simply using Tel Aviv as an example. Since you appear to believe that there were no Jews in that area prior to 1948 you really need to look beyond the movie Exodus.

You get upset that someone 'gave' Israel to the Jews, Hell Balfour gave all of Trans Jordan to the Hashemite Kings. He also gave the Golan Heights to Syria (Well the French at the time).

When Jordan took the West Bank we did not hear a peep out oof anyone. When all the Arabs and Egyptians started the 6 day war and told all the Palestinians to leave because they were going to push the Jews into the Mediterranean.. Unfortunately they got their arse handed to them on a plate.

But don't let the facts disturb your little anti-semitic dreams.

And your point is?
I thought the Captain of the Stockton Police Dept. would have been the one to set policy that put that act of sheer stupidity by the Stockton police in place. Management in the unions, huh?
