With due deliberation, formation of a coalition of countries with vested interest (best Kerry could get) but most importantly no boots on the ground. He reiterated that again today. I still feel ISIS is a Saudi-Iran problem and we should put our resources in our own internal security.

I thought he won 53%... More than that in the electoral college.

ISIL is the bad actor formerly known as Al Queda, same game new name. Send Reapers and the occasional JDAM when they gather for a rave.
