Yeah, this is not Miss Manners' favorite website. And there are plenty here who come from the left who are rude. But I have never seen so many useless posts from one poster in such a short time. And those who have been identified as left wing here include folks who voted for Reagan and Bush, so it's not a purely ideological disconnect going on here. We have an individual who is either incapable of rational expression, or a troll who feigns such incapacity. In either event, it has made me appreciate the ignore function.

Started out nice.... but ends with a belittling and be·smirch

While I agree with the message in your post, I'm not quite able to appreciate the ignore feature as you do. It feels like a repression of speech to me especially in this type of forum. Intellectually, I can argue otherwise, but the feeling of cutting of someone's voice when activating the feature bothers me.
On the other hand, I understand why the ignore feature has been popular lately.

What I see happening is that they turned the lefts tactic around on them and you guys cant handle it.

I don't care for his posts either, and I have voted for more elephants than asses in my lifetime, (although I prefer neither).

Ha ha ha D-Ray thats bull shit lol. I'v accumulated so many post because of the troll activity present prior to me showing up. Anytime anyone shows up with a different opinion the house trolls attack. Hence the need to respond ie: Post Count.
Granted my post have shorten only because it takes effort just to be trolled by the girls her. I tried to bring another view but the site is what it is. The only difference is that your house trolls did not run me off like the do to all the others before and since I came.
Stay on the Ignore list who cares, others view the site and may wan't to start to participate seeing me shrug off the bull shit.

Right. D-Ray's reasoned criticism is "a belittling and be·smirch," but your obscene suggestion is not an attack.
With that much tint in your glasses you're gonna need help crossing the street.

JB -5 announced over in AK that he was coming here to teach us, i.e., there was no attempt to add to the debate or present an individual viewpoint. If my reaction to him and dj does not meet with your approval I am sorry but at my stage in life I do not have time to waste on trolls.

Exactly, I used to try but why when you have people like this. There is no conversation unless you follow their view.

Yes Barbara and D-Ray even suggested to you to suppress yesterday.
