It seems to me that a grand jury that heard more than 70 hours of testimony from 60 witnesses, including three medical examiners, and considered charges ranging from first degree murder to involuntary manslaughter disagrees with you and they're the only ones who saw all the evidence and are the only ones whose opinions count.
