Evidence of what though? Seems to me, unless and until Tsarnaev is convicted of a crime, it's evidence of nothing. How do you prosecute somebody for concealing or destroying evidence when it hasn't been established that it's evidence in the commission of a crime. At this point, seems to me he admitted to concealing or destroying some stuff. I destroy stuff all the time. They gonna prosecute me for destroying stuff?
