Because there's no difference. If you can do one, you can do the other. If you can do it with contraceptives based on religious belief, you can do it with any medical procedure based on religious belief. Reckon what the SCOTUS will say when the first Jehovah's Witness or Christian Scientist shows up in front of them wanting to deny a whole list of basic medical services in their employee contract because it's against their harebrained religion?
Why TF do you think so many of us want employers out of the health care process??? Employment should have never had anything to do with one's access to health care.

I also want employers out of the system. Having said that, I want the damn government out of it as well.
