I must have missed something. Can you point me to a source that says LE asked him not to pursue?
I've heard the 911 call, but never heard a request he not pursue.
Never heard any direction not to pursue either.
I heard Zimmerman say he was going to follow and watch, and LE simply informing him that they did not need him to do so. This left Zimmerman with the option of doing so if he chose. He chose to try to keep Trayvon in sight.
