When Rep. Howard "Buck" McKeon gets a couple of stars on his jacket he can ask for information. Otherwise
he can pound sand or hold a hearing. I don't care if he's the Grand Poobah of Bugtussel (R-Santa Clarita). Just another garden variety congressman with self importance issues.
