If you ever win/had an argument, you might be more accurate...

Maybe like Rolando Cruz...10 years?*
Maybe like Darryl Hunt?
James Tillman?
Yeh their own devices...my ass.

Seven DuPage County law enforcement officials, three prosecutors and four deputies, were indicted by a grand jury in December 1996 on 47 charges of conspiracy to convict Cruz despite being aware of exculpatory evidence. The indictment rested on two main points, that two detectives had testified that Cruz had told them that he had had a "vision" of the murder that contained details known only to the killer, a lie that was never included in any police report which was "endorsed and perpetuated by the prosecutors" and that the prosecutors had concealed Brian Dugan's confession while knowing that it had included accurate details indicating he had committed the crime. In April 1999, the trial of the "DuPage Seven." began, and ultimately all seven officers were found not guilty by Judge William Kelly. However, a civil suit brought by Cruz, Hernandez and Buckley was settled by DuPage County for $3.5 million in autumn of 2000. According to the Chicago Tribune, that the case made it to trial was a legal benchmark. Since 1966 there had been 381 homicide convictions in the United States reversed on the grounds that prosecutors knowingly used false evidence or withheld evidence suggesting innocence. Of these, 46 were tried in Illinois which had the second highest total and twice as many as the state that ranked third. Only two of those cases resulted in indictments of prosecutors and both were dismissed before trial.

Nah...there's no fix in this game.

Now you cherry pick isolated cases of potential error?
WEAK.
But, of course, the stuff right in our faces you can say nothing about because you were never close to accurate.
NOTED.

Cherry pick? When it comes to your participation here, you're a coward Zeke. How many cases do you need me to cherry pick, eh? 100...200...300? Your issues are showing.
Those four that I cherry picked were cases of proven error. And "error" would be doing these law enforcement and prosecutorial criminals a favor. Error had nothing to do with it. Official misconduct had everything to do with it. And our legal system (nobody in his right mind would call it a "justice system") looks the other way. Almost 400 cases which were reverse by the courts finding the use of false evidence or the suppression of evidence as cause. And those are only the ones who got caught...it's the tip of a fucking iceberg Zeke, and you know it.
WTF do you have to say about this history Zeke? It's cherry picking? You're a fucking intellectual coward.

Tip of the iceberg. And it doesn't matter how many. You keep talking about how the way the system should work is for many to go free rather than one innocent go to prison or get the shot. And then by your repetitive statements here, you deny it. Intellectual cowardice, Zeke...in spades.

A statement where your defense is "I can't give you any hard data but my cherry picked stats are the tip of the iceberg?"
There's no argument to cower TO...
