So I have noticed, guess it is the season.

If this level of care would result in a professional nurse loosing her license and being fired, why is most everyone perfectly willing to let it slide when involving a criminal investigation? Are POST trained and certified officers that immune that they indeed are teflon knights?

The criminals and the ones who mimic them?
Attacking the process in these instances is like complaining about the water temperature once someone drowns due to their own actions.

Zeke, you should be the one who is most concerned. If everyone doesn't do their job to a professional manner, bad folks are going to walk. The cops can't kill everyone.

Bad folks walk every day, it's the (appropriate) price we pay for such a high burden of proof. If they're career criminals, you'll get another chance.
Law enforcement is really just catching the train wrecks and staying alive.

I'd say in this context it's more like complaining because the lifeguard threw them an anvil.

Once they've drowned due to their own devices.

1. You must not read your own posts.
2. Try having an argument, you'll flail less.

Oh c'mon Zeke...you're not interested in anybody else's argument who differs with you. Whenever your ass is handed to you on a place through a legitimate argument, this poseur jr high schoolyard bullshit is all you ever have left.
