I'm not so sure. Fox/Murdoch don't want somebody as President they can't influence or control. They want the eyeballs that coverage of Trump brings, but that doesn't mean they support him.

The Republican elites and Fox news have a contract out on Trump.

That's obvious as can be.

They hate him as much as they hate Obama, maybe even more so and they are hitting new lows, even for them as they blatantly attack him.
