Once again...making it more difficult to get on base just puts more cars out on the street for the terrorists to blow up. Adequate but not wasteful measures should be taken.
All a lone wolf has to do is attend a gun show. It does not matter how many MPs are guarding a gate.

Some folks are highly pissed the POTUS didn't order flags lowered in their honor. I know he commented on the event itself, but not on this recent development afaik.
One might speculate that line of duty military deaths aren't usually acknowledged thus.
