I would like to see these ALEC proponents be pro active in the prosecution of the ones who misuse and abuse their progun platform. I don't agree with the extreme view that all of the guns need to be taken away to protct the country.
I do believe that all of 'em need to registered and traceable somehow. In addition gun safety and a thourough understanding of the laws need to be pounded into the head of anyone buying a gun. CCW permits should only be granted in very few circumstances if at all.
That doesn't sound unreasonable to me. Thoughts? Try to leave the tin foil hats in their boxes.
