John Mellencamp sang back up. He was seriously starstruck by Donovan. I think Donovan was responsible for more kids being brought into the world than Old Blue Eyes himself.

Love me some Patsy. Here's an interesting factoid: her funeral in 1963 was the largest to date in the state of Virginia.

I could listen to "Faded Love" every day.

The last time I can remember hearing in on the radio was when the gambling boat had their own station. They played everything form Sinatra, Dave Brubeck, and Count Basie to Peter, Paul, & Mary and Bill Monroe. For some strange reason, I like listening to singers who I can understand what they're saying, instead of talking like they have a mouth full of shit.

I miss that station. They were interesting.

I would think that there would be a market for something like that, of course, I would have NEVER thought there was a market for Facebook.

BTW, I'm listening to "Chris Botti Live".

Chas

Michele Rosewoman - Spirit

Anybody familiar with this artist. I hadn't heard of her, but I picked the CD up at a flea market because it was on the Blue Note label. Glad I did. Some very interesting piano.

Regards,

D-Ray
