Simple even with Republican control of house and senate she might still get things done, Bernie will not. He is too Tea Party like and will never compromise.

We recently had a black single mother bidding for Senator Barb's seat but a white male - Van Hollen - won the primary. I would have voted for her but like Bernie she was too damn rigid and had accomplished squat while in the House. She also had a habit of bending the truth out of shape.

Mainly because I find nothing conservative about the Republican party. That is what screwed the Conservative Party in Canada when it merged with Harper's Republican wannabees
