Well the claim is in with the Energy Employees Compensation Board, now we wait and see. I believe that I well documented how poorly Monsanto handled radioactive materials. The facts are that there was no standard in place here until 1971 and so handling of such materials was left to individual companies. Monsanto had the reputation of operating the dirtiest lab in the nation at the Miamisburg.Mound.

Her oncologist does not want to see her yet as he has yet to receive the results of the pathology he requested back on Aug 3rd. What sort of a sorry assed excuse for a hospital is HCGH? A month and three days and they still can't do a simple test.

Have you or the oncologist checked with the hospital? It's possible that the results have been misfiled or lost. Someone should ask HCGH to check on this.

On target, I phoned HCGH and was told the report was done so I called the doctors office and told them. Communications between medical folks here would make Doc Martin look like Marcus Welby. Meanwhile Florence goes without treatment.

We are hanging on Chris in the face of the Department of Labor deliberately foot dragging in hopes we will go away. If your experience with health insurance companies is that they automatically deny all claims on the first pass they can't match the Government. I sent them a CD of her PET/CT scan and the stupid woman said she can't read it so would I print out the contents and mail it to her. Sure if I wanted to mail two reams of paper and go through 6 inkjet cartridges. She is a senior evaluater and she has not got a clue about exactly what a PET/CT scan is. Probably still using a Commodore 64 as her computer. Meanwhile the Oncologist has her on a heparin generic that costs us $725 per month, money the &^%$# government should be paying because they gave her this cancer.

Saint Paul forgive me but I cannot suffer fools gladly. It is no bloody wonder that some people go berserk and shoot up government offices.
