Went last Thursday, codeine cough syrup is helping . Pneumococcal vaccine is next on my list. That's sucks about your glucose levels, I hope you can correct it with diet and exercise.

Enjoyed an absolutely gorgeous day at the oceanfront. Still too cool for the bikini clad females to come out, but it was wonderful nonetheless.

Thinking about pullin' out some Neil Young. I'm thinking, Harvest Moon. That would certainly fit my mood.

Spent a few hours Sunday on the Indiana Dunes lakefront. Gorgeous there as well...70's light breeze out of the west. Nothing like living near big water, eh?
