Just an observation, but it appears that Mr. Zimmerman has been unfairly accused of one thing. He does not appear to be a fat man. Soon enough, the evidence will show whether he can dodge the other charges.

Regards,

D-Ray

Judging from the comments following that story you referenced, it appears many people are sick of the media bias in this case.
I also found it interesting to learn that the Easter parade lady (Fredrica Wilson) who said he was "hunted down like a rabid dog" actually voted in favor of the stand your ground law.

Haven't been following it lately, having grown sick of the medias crap, myself. Except I heard the charge is set at 2nd Degree Murder and that he asked the family for a meeting and his request was rejected.

He had his bail hearing today. Bail was set at $150K. Yawn.

At his bail hearing he offered up a qualified apology telling the young man's parents that he didn't know that their son was not armed when he killed him. Salt in the wound is how I see this.
Makes you wonder why he just won't shut his trap, I'm positive that his attorney wishes he would.

... which also translates to he didn't know whether he was indeed armed. The obvious solution? Kill the kid.
