Just sayin...
I started a thread on it.

And got the same feedback as you.

PFFFFffffftttt!

Obviously, since I've done it and will continue to do it, my views on altering posts aren't the same as yours or the flower arranger's. As long as the changes are clearly indicated, say bolded, and as long as the writer further indicates the change in the reply, "Fixed it for you", there is absolutely no harm at all.

You may not like your words being played with and that's your right but there's no intent to deceive. At worst, it's an attempt to poke a little fun at the quoted post and its poster. As such, it would be way down the list of "offenses" we see here on a daily basis.

For instance:

Agreed. Humor is often the best part or proposing a counter point.
Should be bolded and noted for reference.

Back to Ms. Fearina:

Poll: Fiorina rockets to No. 2 behind Trump in GOP field

So we have on the leader board Trump, Fearina and Carson. Is't GOP a hoot?

Makes me wonder though as to what she did to attain this lofty position? Hope the techies will unite and start a war of words against her on the internet.

Went toe to toe with Trump and lied about Planned Parenthood. Just what the trogs love, sensationalism.

"Here are the facts: In the five years that Fiorina was at Hewlett Packard, the company lost over half its value. It’s true that many tech companies had trouble during this period of the Internet bubble collapse, some falling in value as much as 27 percent; but HP under Fiorina fell 55 percent. During those years, stocks in companies like Apple and Dell rose. Google went public, and Facebook was launched. The S&P 500 yardstick on major U.S. firms showed only a 7 percent drop. Plenty good was happening in U.S. industry and in technology."

Sound bite over a history of corporate disasters?
In Lucent (formerly part of AT&T) she killed an iconic company.
Only thing I want to hear from her is "I am done". Please note that I work in the tech industry and have an AT&T Partner phone system and multiple HP laser business machines, so call me prejudiced. (and pissed )
