WASHINGTON (The Borowitz Report)—In a blistering takedown of Joe Biden’s running mate, Donald Trump on Thursday accused Senator Kamala Harris of maliciously speaking in complete sentences.

Blasting her penchant for hewing to the rules of grammar, Trump said, “A lot of people are saying, mean, nasty, disrespectful. To a new level, like you wouldn’t believe.”

“Sad,” he said. “Sick and sad.”

Trump also was contemptuous of Biden, noting, “Sleepy Joe—something’s going on.”

“Quite frankly,” he added.

In his most withering criticism, Trump suggested that Harris’s stubborn insistence on making subjects agree with verbs was an insult to every American voter.

“Woman bad,” he said.

She is being forced to by my situation. Try as I did to figure out and fix my back and legs over the past month. Jumping thru the steps, all eating up time to no avail.
I'm not able to be much help right now. After the surgery even worse.
She did very good today seeing it was just 24 hours ago. One of or sons and his family are moving in temporarily. No way around it. House it big enough hope. Other son is also going to help out.

“In 2011 and again in 2013, Trump donated a total of $6,000 to Harris’ campaign for California attorney general. His daughter, Ivanka, also gave Harris $2,000 in 2014.”

Orange Shitstain stokes Kamala Harris 'birther' theory

https://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-53774289

Quote:
Prof Eastman cites Article II of the US Constitution's wording that "no person except a natural born citizen… shall be eligible to the office of President".

He also points out that the 14th Amendment to the Constitution says "all persons born… in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens".

Prof Eastman's argument hinges on the idea that Ms Harris may not have been subject to US jurisdiction if her parents were, for example, on student visas at the time of their daughter's birth in California.

However, another constitutional law expert told CBS News, the BBC's US partner, that Prof Eastman's argument was "truly silly".

Erwin Chemerinsky, the dean of Berkeley Law School, wrote in an email: "Under section 1 of the 14th Amendment, anyone born in the United States is a United States citizen.

"The Supreme Court has held this since the 1890s. Kamala Harris was born in the United States."
As silly as Ford Pinto. Here we go again. Sigh.

The only persons inside the territory of the US but not 'subject to the jurisdiction thereof' are persons with diplomatic immunity. A student visa hardly confers such.

This crap shows that as much as the Reich is afraid of Biden they are even more afraid of Senator Harris. The Reich tried desperately to keep Pres. Obama from being a success. They were afraid of America seeing that someone other that an old White man could run the country. A successful Biden term could very well lead to Sen. Harris succeeding him. A Black woman in the Oval office behind the Resolute Desk successfully shepherding the nation rocks them to their core. There could even be murmurs of succession of part(s) of the country.
