Perhaps Hillary does not own any ordinary outfits since she only does pre-paid $250K speeches to well heeled audiences.

If not outright comped, definitely loaned for the occasion. Wonder if there is a tax implication, since if she actually paid for the rental, she would be deducting it on her expenses.
