This is a good one. Four firefighters get fired for protesting the NY city's vaccine ordinance, they were in uniform and drove a fire truck to office of a state senator who is not a city official and has nothing to do with the City's directive. How dumb can you be? (rhetorical question)

Seems to me firefighters must be obligated to all sorts of rules regarding health and safety. Why would getting a vaccine be any different?

Agreed, anything to make a statement with more brawn than brains.

My dog and I go for long walks around our neighborhood in the evening (the town is extremely dog friendly) and am now deeply suspicious of homes with a US flag by the front entrance. There was a time when this implied a veteran's home (mostly) and for the 4th of July, everyone had a flag in the front. Now displaying a flag may be hazardous to your sanity.

I walk 2+ per day and the number of flags has clearly increased. The ones that were flying before Covid were often worn out and none were new. Lots of new ones now and the old ones are still flying proudly.

My wife and I were browsing around for neighborhoods in SW Reno on the foothills of Mount Rose this summer. We stumbled into this beautiful wooded section (shall remain nameless

) and the very first home we came upon was this gorgeous home with two flags in the front on tall in ground flag poles flanking the front door; US flag and a Trump 2020!

We turned around and left saying not in this neighborhood.

Nah, I'm referring to the 1776 American Revolution flags. As in "We red blooded, God fearin', real American patriots are ready for the next revolution". These deplorables are under the impression that they have the majority and us Godless, baby killing, election stealing, radical Commie Democrats will just roll over for them.
