It's a unfunded mandate (because our friends in Washington spent the money) of unbelievable size.

The idea is great, except the trust-politicians-with-our-money part! :-)

Couldn't be any worse than the radical that's in there now! Oh crap, now I'm a racist again, I hate it when that happens. Actually I was just thinking today; I hope all the dumb-shits that voted for Barry just because they were pissed at Bush are happy now. I'll be the first to say that McCain absolutely sucked, but I'd sure take him now. For the record, I voted for Palin. I made an oath to myself that I wouldn't vote for anyone who voted for the first bailout.

had we not bailed out the banks the world economy would have collapsed you realize? What we did wrong was not to seize them first and prosecute the executives.

I'm thinking newspapers are next. Hummm....could THAT be the reason they have been so remiss in reporting about Washington?

Never heard of the Examiner, AFAIK there is the Post and the Times and those are the two major newspapers in DC. Maybe the Examiner is DC's answer to the National Enquirer.
