My uncle told me that he read in the Wall Street Journal a couple years' back that as of then, there was NOTHING made in America that couldn't be made a lot cheaper in China...I have a little experience w/OSHA, EPA & those guys. At first, OSHA was openly antagonistic to industry... They shot first, asked questions later. Their inspectors were fresh kids, most of whom really didn't know how things actually work. Furthermore, all they could do was to write up violations & fines-they weren't allowed to tell employers where they were going wrong-or how to try to fix things.

Things could probably be made cheaper in darkest Africa, so when you have beggared the American consumer exactly who is going to drive the economy? The CEO of Wally World. or the CEO of Mattel, or any other of those miserable bastards?

Another reason to despise Wally World is the disappearence of CHOICE-EVERYTHING there is made & sold to a bare-bones price, you cannot buy something "A little better" even if you're willing to spend the extra bux, like you used to be able to do at yr friendly local hardware store-Something else Wally-World has killed off. Given a choice, I would about ALWAYS prefer to buy something made here, or at least in a country populated by the same SPECIES....Somehow or another, it would NOT surprise me to learn that all the rumors of Space Aliens are true-they're actually workers Wally World has hired/bought/shanghaied here to get Even Lower Prices...

The lefties must be pissed at Obama today, because I'm finally agreeing with him (on just one thing). I like the fact that he ain't stickin his nose in the Iran mess. Hanity said even Hillary and Joe are mad at him.
