Heck the cholesterol and blood pressure screenings can prolong your life...
getting the proper medication for hypertension is very very important.

people die from strokes and heart attacks because they do not have any overt symtpoms of hypetension....

To you they are not, to someone making $3-400 a week before taxes, yeah they are.

I'm not looking at this with the ACA needs to go perspective. I'm feeling like Barbara stated that single payer is making more and more sense when you realize that the ACA does not fix many problems.

Single payer has always made more sense than ACA or any other silly bullshit we have tried.........in the name of avoiding single payer. The only problem we have is that this nation is full of nippleheads who believe every bit of the lies that the insurance industry and their congressional/media sycophants feed them.

We don't need the health insurance industry at all. They are nothing but parasites.

Well put Dave. The ACA is just the first baby step in the right direction.

That's how it was sold to the left by President Obama. All the pissant right can remember is, "If you like your shitty plan, you can keep it."

what Republican House of Representatives is going to pass single payer?

give me a break

and single payer will not be cost free we will have to still pay for it in one form or another
